Mr. Pong has been engaged in government water conservancy construction projects in Thailand for many years, including irrigation and water storage. Four years ago, few people in the Thai market knew about solar DC pumps. A Canton Fair changed Mr. Pong and WBS Pump.
After understanding the working principle and some advantages of solar water pumps, Mr. Pong purchased some samples and returned to Thailand for testing. To his surprise, the efficiency of solar water pumps is very high, which changed his impression of solar water pumps. Not only that, there are not only 3000W high-power pumps, but also 400W and 600W pumps suitable for small farms.
Business is not just about price.
Four years ago, Mr. Pong was familiar with and had been in the water pump business for many years, but he was not familiar with solar energy. From installation to adaptation of solar panels, WBS gave Mr. Pong a lot of support. Of course, in the early stage of the product, WBS Pump's products were not perfect. Mr.pong gave us many suggestions for improvement based on the local installation and use.
In these years, the solar water pump industry has continued to develop, and more and more customers have begun to choose our clean, environmentally friendly energy-driven water pumps instead of traditional electric-driven water pumps. We have also begun to produce and process some parts needed for water pumps to reduce costs. In this way, not only our distributors can have better profits to promote a wider market, but consumers can also use better products at better prices.
Business won't always go smoothly.
In 2020, WBS Pump has developed a brand new AC/DC solar water pump. Mr. Pong also purchased many new pumps as the first batch of customers.
However, during the installation and use, Mr. Pong found many problems that we did not find in the development and testing. Some controllers can't even work at all.
After getting feedback from Mr. Pong, we immediately convened engineers for a meeting, found a solution to the problem within 2 days, and produced the latest improved controller within a week and sent it to the customer by DHL express. Mr. Pong also quickly recalled and replaced the sold products.
