What Are The Warranties For A Solar Pump System In Australia?

Q: What Are The Warranties For A Solar Pump System In Australia? A: The warranty period is as follows:Solar panels: 10 yearsPump controller: 2 yearsSolar water pump: 2 yearsTo read more about the expected lifetime, contact us. E-mail: wbs.au@outlook.comWhatsApp/ Tel: +86 16605743599

What is a motor-type brushless DC solar water pump?

Q: What is a motor-type brushless DC solar water pump? A: The motor-type brushless DC pump is composed of a brushless DC motor and an impeller. The shaft of the motor is connected to the impeller. The brushless motor is driven by direct current, and the brushless motor drives the impeller to rotate, so that the pressure of the liquid is increased to achieve the function of transferring the liquid.Permanent magnet DC brushless synchronous motor: no need to use carbon brush for commutation, long service life. High efficiency, saving energy, reducing the amount of solar panels. If you want to know more about the brushless DC solar water pump, please contact me. E-mail: wbs.au@outlook.comWhatsApp/ Tel: +86 16605743599

Can AC/DC hybrid solar pumps be used in countries with 110v voltage?

Q: Can AC/DC hybrid solar pumps be used in countries with 110v voltage? A: WBS solar pump has designed a new hybrid solar pump. AC input voltage range is 72V-280V. It can be applied to countries with different voltages such as 110v and 220v. For more product information, please contact us. E-mail: wbs.au@outlook.comWhatsApp/ Tel: +86 16605743599

How long do the solar pump systems last?

Q: How long do the solar pump systems last? A: The solar panel has a power output warranty of 25 years and cause very little trouble. They have no moving parts to wear out. The motors in the brushless motor pumps have a 20,000 hour rating. Water quality and proper installation are key factors in how long the pumps will last. If the pumps are placed in sandy or dirty wells, premature wear is inevitable.  For more product information, please contact us. E-mail: wbs.au@outlook.comWhatsApp/ Tel: +86 16605743599

Can I use WBS solar pump for salt water applications?

Q: Can I use WBS solar pump for salt water applications? A: No. The WBS solar pump cannot be used for salt water. Can only be used in clean water. Salt water is corrosive to a certain extent, has a corrosive effect on the water pump, and will reduce the service life of the water pump. Moreover, the salt in the salt water will accumulate in the water pump, block the water pump, and make the water pump unable to work normally.  For more product information, please contact us. E-mail: wbs.au@outlook.comWhatsApp/ Tel: +86 16605743599

How Much Water Do I Need For A Village Pump?

Q: How Much Water Do I Need For A Village Pump? A: This very much depends on the amount of people (and animals) dependent on the pump. Generally speaking, you can calculate with the following numbers in case of a central water pump: 20 – 50 liters / day per person30 – 150 liters / day per cow (depends very much on whether they are producing milk or not)5 – 10 liters / day per goat or sheep  For more product information, please contact us. E-mail: wbs.au@outlook.comWhatsApp/ Tel: +86 16605743599

Will the solar pump stop working when there is a shortage of water in the well?

Q: Will the solar pump stop working when there is a shortage of water in the well?A: Yes. WBS solar pump has Intelligent water shortage protection: The pump stops working automatically when there is no water in the well, and automatically start working 30 minutes later.  For more product information, please contact us. E-mail: wbs.au@outlook.comWhatsApp/ Tel: +86 16605743599

My well or storage tank is in a valley surrounded by trees, can I still use solar?

Q: My well or storage tank is in a valley surrounded by trees, can I still use solar?A: Yes, we advise you to relocate your solar panels uphill so they are in direct sunlight. Our solar pumps come standard with 2m of pump wire built-in, however, we have additional lengths available, allowing you to purchase up to several hundred feet.  E-mail: wbs.au@outlook.comWhatsApp/ Tel: +86 16605743599

Should I use a tracker or fixed mount for my solar modules?

Q: Should I use a tracker or fixed mount for my solar modules?A: The answer to this question depends on your application (domestic use or stock watering), the daily volume of water that you need and what time of year you plan to use the pumping system. For most livestock water pumping applications where the highest daily volume of water is usually needed during the summer, a tracker is highly recommended since it can increase your daily water production by as much as 40% as compared to the same array on a fixed mount. In the winter time, a tracker only increases your daily water production by 5-10%. If your daily water volume requirement is low or you are setting a solar pumping system up for winter time use, then a fixed mount structure is probably the best choice. There are several manufacturers of tracking mount structures, but they can all be divided into two categories: active and passive. Active trackers use sensors, actuators and motors to follow the sun from east-to-west while passive trackers use the heat of the sun on two sealed freon containers (one on each side of the tracker connected with a tube) to do the same thing. Passive trackers are simple and reliable, but they aren't as accurate in aiming at the sun as active trackers and they can be blown off course in high winds. On the other hand, active trackers are more trouble prone and more expensive than their passive counterparts. E-mail: wbs.au@outlook.comWhatsApp/ Tel: +86 16605743599

What is a submersible Vs Surface solar water pump?

Q: What is a submersible Vs Surface solar water pump?A: The difference between these two types of pumps is in the names (among many other things). A submersible water pump is one that needs to be underwater at all times to function. These are best used in boreholes and wells. They tend to be more expensive to install and maintain. On the other hand, a surface solar water pump is one that stays above water. It’s best used where the water table is within a depth of 10 meters. These pumps are easier to install and maintain compared to the submersible types. Pipes are attached to the pump to bring water from the water source and take it to where it needs to go.   E-mail: wbs.au@outlook.comWhatsApp/ Tel: +86 16605743599
