Summary
How the submersible pump works:
The suction tube and pump must be filled with liquid before opening the pump. After the water pump is turned on, the impeller rotates at a high speed, and the liquid therein rotates with the blades, and is emitted from the impeller outward by the centrifugal force.
Submersible pumps (deep well pump) are a very versatile water treatment tool.Unlike ordinary pumps, it works underwater, and most pumps work on the ground.
How the submersible pump works:
The suction tube and pump must be filled with liquid before opening the pump. After the water pump is turned on, the impeller rotates at a high speed, and the liquid therein rotates with the blades, and is emitted from the impeller outward by the centrifugal force. The injected liquid gradually slows down in the pump chamber diffusion chamber, the pressure gradually increases, and then the liquid flows out from the pump outlet discharge pipe.At this time, at the center of the blade, a vacuum low pressure region having neither air nor liquid is formed due to the liquid being smashed toward the surroundings. The liquid in the liquid pool flows into the pump through the suction pipe under the action of the atmospheric pressure of the pool surface,so that the liquid is continuously sucked from the liquid pool and continuously flows out from the discharge pipe.
The basic parameters of the submersible pump include flow, head, pump speed, matching power, rated current, efficiency, pipe diameter and so on.
The main purposes and scope of application of submersible pumps include construction and construction drainage, agricultural irrigation and drainage, industrial water recycling, water supply from urban and rural residents, and even disaster relief.
